Full Moon Circle and Cacao Ceremony

Throughout the ages and across cultures, women have come together under the key points of the lunar cycle in sacred circles to share, to listen, to be witnessed, and to reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth, the mystery of the universe and the wisdom within.
This upcoming Full Moon, I invite you to join me in recalling the ancient ways. We will drink pure Colombian cacao, a gentle and loving heart medicine, and open ourselves to stillness, songs, ritual — and the power that arises when women remember who they really are.
A sacred pause in the everyday to be present, listen and honour what wants to be shed and how that life force energy wants to rise through us.
All of you is welcome.

During this circle we will journey together and engage in the following:

Opening the space and Astral update

Sharing and Intention Setting

Imbibing and working with the energy of Cacao

Guided Heart Meditation and Breathwork

Thematic Ritual

Song, Medicine Music and Mantra

Movement

Time to journal and reflect.

Please note that Cacao, while being a very gentle plant medicine, is contraindicated in some health conditions such as those on SSRIs, anti-psychotic medication, some cardiovascular conditions and during pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns or questions.
